Our investment portfolio includes new format collaborative office properties, logistics/ warehousing properties, communications and transportation infrastructure all of which forms the backbone of the global economy.

The Real Asset class has demonstrated its ability to provide portfolio diversification, protect against the loss of purchasing power and improved returns through a combination of relatively high income or yield on inception, and steadily growing Free Cash Flows which translates into capital gains over a long-time horizon for our investors. Steadfast only invests in securities listed on recognised stock exchanges and/or in countries that have an investment grade credit rating from S&P and/or Moody’s.
